Keith Aspinwall- General Manager
Aloha! Keith Aspinwall here and at your service. My passion for service excellence and event memories are what fuels my fire. Events are my career and my philosophy allows me to constantly adapt to our guests needs.

I am a Milwaukee native that only recently came back home. After High School at ‘Tosa’ East I headed south to FIU in Miami where I earned my B.S. in Hospitality Management. I always knew Hospitality is where my passion lied and attending FIU helped me build the techniques and philosophy that I still practice today. Following college, I spent the next four years managing food and beverage aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines. Here I gained experience managing large hospitality crews all focused on five star cuisine and service for a demanding clientele. Following my ‘cruise career’ I went to sunny San Diego California and worked in several high end resorts in an upscale banquet capacity with the Cohn Restaurant Group, including the Prado.

I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to work with the team at Saz’s in developing our new vision for incredible cuisine, over the top service and value that we’ve created here with Sazama’s Fine Catering at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts.

Allow my team and I to serve you and to create a magical performance for your next affair.

JJ Holz-Senior Events Captain- Hospitality Maestro
Service, Design, Culinary, Atmosphere, Look, Feel, Comfort, Pzazz…

Hi, I’m JJ and these words mean Events. Here at Sazama’s we strive to put all these words into our thought process when creating your event. A classical Masterpiece is our goal.I’ve had nearly 20 years experience in customer service and high end Hospitality and Catering and I’m still learning. I believe you are always learning and always striving for perfection in this industry and here at Sazama’s we are passionate about that mission.

Come work with our event planners and professional team to create the look, feel, design, atmosphere and Pzazz that you desire for your event and allow us to piece it together along with Service, Culinary and Comfort to create the event of a lifetime that will leave your guests in awe.

Oh, and if you like, I’d be happy to take a bike ride or play a game of chess too- two of my favorite things to do while I’m away from work (and dreaming about your next event).

Lynn Brueggemann - Office Manager –Weddings & Events Specialist
Hi, I’m Lynn, the Office Manager and Event Professional here at Sazama’s Fine Catering. Let me introduce myself by first stating that I love classical music and anything to do with Performing Arts. As a young girl I performed on the very stage that the MSO performs on today, with the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra. It was a dream come true to team my passion for the Marcus Center with my passion for Hospitality. Today I still play classical violin with the UWM Community Orchestra.

I was born in Hawaii but have called Southeastern Wisconsin my home for most of my life and am a graduate of Cedarburg High School. I am lucky to have three beautiful children; Twins Megan and Samantha in their first year of College and their younger brother Jacob, a sophomore in high school.

To me, Catering and Service run parallel to the Arts and are my passions in life. Nothing drives me like my commitment to ensuring each event is a success. I am blessed to work with amazing professionals here at Sazama’s Fine Catering that share in my passion and work in harmony to exceed our guest’s expectations. I pride myself on being accessible for my clients and personally get to know each of them, for I believe no two events are identical and I pledge to each of my clients to make every event (Weddings, Charity Fundraisers, Corporate and Social Affairs) the very best we can.

It would be my sincere pleasure to work with you and to have the pleasure of performing the “Event of a lifetime” for you and your guests!
