Keith Aspinwall- General Manager
Aloha! Keith Aspinwall here and at your service. My passion for service excellence and event memories are what fuels my fire. Events are my career and my philosophy allows me to constantly adapt to our guests needs.

I am a Milwaukee native that only recently came back home. After High School at ‘Tosa’ East I headed south to IU in Miami where I earned my B.S. in Hospitality Management. I always knew Hospitality is where my passion lied and attending IU helped me build the techniques and philosophy that I still practice today. Following college, I spent the next four years managing food and beverage aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines. Here I gained experience managing large hospitality crews all focused on five star cuisine and service for a demanding clientele. Following my ‘cruise career’ I went to sunny San Diego California and worked in several high end resorts in an upscale banquet capacity with the Cohn Restaurant Group, including the Prado.

I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to work with the team at Saz’s in developing our new vision for incredible cuisine, over the top service and value that we’ve created here with Sazama’s Fine Catering at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts.

Allow my team and I to serve you and to create a magical performance for your next affair.

Lisa Frechette-Sales & Events Manager- Hospitality Visionary
llo. Je m’appelle Lisa Frechette. I am proud to be a born and raised Milwaukee native. Growing up in Milwaukee it was instilled in me to be a part of the community. So I was thrilled when I was able to join the staff of Sazama’s Fine Catering, a division of Saz’s. Who could ask for more than to work for a company that is a Milwaukee institution and lives out being involved in the community?

So how did I get here? I began my love for hospitality and event management working at County Stadium in the VIP Boxes (Go Brewers!). Event management and baseball fever was in my blood. I took that love to Cornell College where I was able to then spend some time advancing on the campaign trail across the country.

After Cornell and a few other stops, I found myself in beautiful South Florida working for Roger Dean Stadium then the PGA National Resort & Spa, and HG Producers. Those experiences took me to a whole new direction and level in event management and expanded my love for hospitality.

A few years ago, I found myself coming home to Milwaukee for family reasons. Though it was hard to leave sunny Florida, home is where the heart was. After all…no one does events like we do in Wisconsin. I began looking for a company where I could use my event skills, and be an active member of the community.

I am happy to say I found that home away from home at Sazama’s Fine Catering at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts. Consider the possibilities and let us turn your vision into a fabulous reality. I look forward to the prospect of working with you in the near future.

Brittney Grundah- Beverage Manager and Libations Director
Hey- I’m Brittney and I’m excited to have the opportunity to serve you. I’m an outside the box thinker and enjoy creating unique designs and specialty drinks for your event. At Sazama’s, we believe in focusing on the entire event, not only food and service. Our ‘Mixologists’ enjoy serving you as much as you enjoy being served.

Have a favorite beer or wine, or perhaps a favorite mixed drink or after dinner drink? Possibly, a passed favorite champagne or mimosa; a festive Tom Collins or Martini? Whatever your vision and passion I promise to work with you to achieve the exact balance and look you desire.

So, set an appointment for a tasting (Chef Andreas doesn’t have to do all the work, we can drink too you know) or maybe chat with me while I’m doing yoga or walking my dog. Either way my passion for mixology will be a great mix at your next event.

Cheers!

Andreas Goerres- Executive Chef & Culinary Creator
Guten Tag! I’m Chef Andreas. Though you wouldn’t know from speaking with me, I was born and raised in the Mosel region of Trier Germany. I am a third generation Chef and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School and have been involved in upscale hospitality and culinary for the past sixteen years.

During my career, I have studied and worked for several renowned Chef’s including Alain Ducasse, Charlie Palmer, Guy Savoy and Bobby Flay. My travels have taken me to numerous locations around the World some of which include Dubai, Greece, New Orleans, Las Vegas and most recently Hawaii where I have developed an extensive and eclectic style of cuisine.

Ask anyone who knows me and you’ll learn quickly that I am a perfectionist and passionate about my trade. I strive for perfection and take great pride in the creations I prepare for your event. That said, I am also very willing to customize dishes to your tastes and desire. After all, it can’t be your event without your input and ideas.
When I’m not at the ‘office’, I can be found riding around town on my scooter, dining with my (much) better half Rhonda, or walking the lakefront with my parrot.

Food is my passion - Allow me to present tasteful memories at your next event.

Lynn Schneider- Office Manager –Weddings & Events Specialist
Hi, I’m Lynn Schneider, the Office Manager and Event Professional here at Sazama’s Fine Catering. Let me introduce myself by first stating that I love classical music and anything to do with Performing Arts. As a young girl I performed on the very stage that the MSO performs on today, with the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra. It was a dream come true to team my passion for the Marcus Center with my passion for Hospitality. Today I still play classical violin with the UWM Community Orchestra.

I was born in Hawaii but have called Southeastern Wisconsin my home for most of my life and am a graduate of Cedarburg High School. I am lucky to have three beautiful children; Twins Megan and Samantha in their first year of College and their younger brother Jacob, a sophomore in high school.

To me, Catering and Service run parallel to the Arts and are my passions in life. Nothing drives me like my commitment to ensuring each event is a success. I am blessed to work with amazing professionals here at Sazama’s Fine Catering that share in my passion and work in harmony to exceed our guest’s expectations. I pride myself on being accessible for my clients and personally get to know each of them, for I believe no two events are identical and I pledge to each of my clients to make every event (Weddings, Charity Fundraisers, Corporate and Social Affairs) the very best we can.

It would be my sincere pleasure to work with you and to have the pleasure of performing the “Event of a lifetime” for you and your guests!
